As Your City Council Representative

While school policy is largely shaped at the district level, the city can and should play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our children. Our kids deserve a secure learning environment, and parents deserve peace of mind.

I WILL work in partnership with school boards, police, and community organizations to develop real safety plans tailored to our local campuses.

I WILL champion safe routes to school, with improved crosswalks, signage, and traffic enforcement in school zones.

I WILL Support expanded after-school programs and mentorship initiatives to keep kids engaged and out of harm’s way.
